sticking up for the little guys...

In the upcoming weeks to the release of the SATC film in Australia, well really anywhere, I have heard so many women complain of how all men do is complain in relation to the movie and all I can say is: leave them alone!

I don't know what men these women know but all the guys I know are looking forward to the movie tomorrow (and before you ask, no not all of them are gay). In fact, my boyfriend is coming with me tomorrow and he is not being dragged along. But for those guys out there who despised the show and are being forced to see the movie or who just hate the fact it's out there I feel for you, I really do. Number one: what kind of girlfriend forces their boyfriend to see a movie they don't want to see? Number two: how many females would really go see Indiana Jones with their guy?

And why is it that men are being condemned for hating this film and no women was for Die Hard 4 or anything manly like that? I've always hated this because, if truth be told, I hate most females in general. I would rather be a man then to have to ever face annoying females ever again but sadly I am not male.

So, my point is, leave the guys alone. They don't care about the movie. Get over it! But I'd also like to point out that stereotyping males into the group "SATC Haters" is not fair.

Hate it or Love it and if you LOVE it then why should it matter?

I have to agree with you there - my boyfriend is looking forward to watching the movie with me but to be honest, I wouldn't be concerned if he didn't care about it... he's a guy and this movie is written and produced for women!

I wrote a blog earlier today on Sex and the City - rather 'Flex and the City' which incidently is Heavy.com's version of SATC for men! check it out:
