The first runway show presented by Grazia Magazine was held on Monday night, and the peeps at Grazia sure know how to put on a show, with music and film accompanying the show made especially for the festival. The designers featured in the show were Nicola Finetti, Toni Maticevski, Alice McCall, Sass and Bide and Fleur Wood.

Sass and Bide ruled the runway, showcasing pieces from their S/S 2010 collection – metal detailing revealed a tribal influence with symmetrical shapes to create beautiful form. Penthouse Mouse is a pop up shop with a difference that is running alongside Melbourne Fashion Festival. Organisers for the event have successfully fused fashion with art together in an oversized warehouse - peeps can pop in to have a look at live photo shoots and runway shows, as well as instillations, all in the name of exposing emerging creative’s to the public.

The line up of young designers that PHM have gathered is pretty impressive, from clothing labels OK OK, Limedrop and Melanie Bower as well as accessories labels Gail Sorronda, Kyoko Osato and Estelle Deve. The labels stocked range from monochrome to bright colours as well as a variety of styles. Structural form and intricate shapes from Trimapee to clean lines and urban tailoring from the menswear label autonomy.

I wear a lot of makeup. It’s kind of my job, being a makeup artist and all!

So for me, I have always needed a cleanser that is able to wash away the day easily without being too harsh. My skin has always had a problem with sensitivity- I can’t use anything containing SLS’s because they give me terrible eczema, dry skin and sometimes even big ugly scabs. Obviously I do not want that on my face!

Over the years I have spent a hell of a lot of money on finding a product that is good enough to get rid of all the makeup I wear but that is gentle on my skin too. I have been using Neutrogena now and I am thrilled with the results- I can literally feel the makeup on my face dissolve and afterwards, my skin is soft and smooth, not dry and itchy and crying out for moisturizer like it normally does. I am a religious cleanser. Whatever other ritual of my day I miss - breakfast, dinner, exercise, or coffee - i do not feel like i have even woken up in the morning unless i have cleansed my face.

So naturally i was overjoyed at the prospect of trying out this little beauty from Neutrogena.

It goes on differently to other cleansers i have used - it has a thick, creamy and smooth consistency that does not result in a foam or bubbling effect of any sort. It is not what i am used to, but i was pleasantly surprised by the cooling and tingling sensation that followed. My pores were notably smaller and my cheeks had a brightness to them that was not evident before!

In using this product for the last week or so, i have only seen increased benefits since first use. My t-zone in particular has become more balanced and far less oily.

There is something a little bit weird about using a product that doesn’t foam- so I went and did some research. Basically, when something is foaming on your face, it’s a fake chemical reaction to give you the illusion of it doing the job! Like super soapy shampoo and conditioners and body wash that turns you into a Snowman.

The fact that Neutrogena doesn’t pad out its products with harsh chemicals to trick you into thinking it works is incredible. And the company has been around since 1930, so that means that for 80 years people have been using this refreshing cleanser and for me, the honest nature of the product is what I love best.

I had been hearing from my friends that the fastest way for me to clean up my oily skin was to throw away my cleanser and start all over again with Neutrogena. I guess there is a snobbery that comes with using a brand that is so readily available from the supermarket – but I am willing to admit that my first mistake was doubting this product.

An oily t-zone is a problem that plagues many girls and I have often struggled with pimples around my chin. Immediately after using the Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser my skin felt tighter (but not dry) and it was as smooth as it would feel after using a heavy duty exfoliater. This product does not disappoint and offers up a high quality treatment for the usual affordable Neutrogena Price-Tag.

This season at Talbot Runhof is all about manipulating the silhouette. Designers Johnny Talbot and Adrien Runhof utilised plastic to exaggerate the figure, inserting cone-shaped knee pads underneath red leggings, and even visible plastic wrist and shin guards. Nearly every dress featured a plastic exo-skeleton shaping the shoulders – a re-interpretation of the shoulder pad.

Skirts were short and loud with an abundance of girly tulle tutus, a look that is sure to resonate with buyers. Despite the ballerina tutus, the highlight of the collection was no doubt the buckled red heels that should be on every girl's lust list.

As a sufferer of oily skin and resulting blemishes, I have tried and tested many different cleansers in my ongoing quest for smooth and clear skin. When the opportunity came up for me to try Neutrogena's Deep Clean Cream Cleanser I jumped at the chance to see what this product to do.

Overall, the product was easy to use and felt soothing and cleansing on my skin, without being overly drying. The scent was pleasant and it do not leave any unwanted residues on my skin. After a couple of days using this product (and yes it felt like something I could use daily with no issues!) I felt my skin really was cleaner and smoother.
