Hi, I'm Airdrie, and I'm a jewellery designer. (This choice of career kind of had to happen, because I am obsessed with jewellery, and I have been known to walk up to strangers in the street so that I can look at what they are wearing more closely!) My company's name is Joolz. I've just released my second collection, and I'm very excited about it.
I love using unusual Australian stones, and my faves in the new collection are pieces made using recycled materials eg metal from belts found in second-hand stores, vintage kid's toys and recycled native Australian timbers.

MBFF and the Brisbane Soiree over - NEXT!!!
On Thursday I got to see Joolz on the main catwalk at the Hilton's Grand Ballroom for MBFF - Tia Carrigan had borrowed all the Murinid necklaces and Hunter Gatherer bracelets and draped them all over her models as they strutted down the catwalk showing off her divine designs. Joolz news...
Just back from several interstate exhibitons. At one I met a designer who wants Joolz for her catwalk show during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival coming up in a few weeks in Brisbane. I also heard from Vanessa Amorosi's agent to let me know she is now wearing Joolz as she jets off to LA.     I'm getting better now thanks - I think power walking through the Cbd to pick up my wedding rings stuffed my foot for a while - thank for asking :)
