Vogue Covers: February and March

With Vogue on the decline it is reported that they have decided to go with "safe" covers for February and March.

Blake Lively is said to grace the cover for Feb '09 and Michelle Obama for March '09.

Vogue is usually associated with hig fashion but it is said that this is no longer working for them.
