For those of you who don't know, V-raw is an initiative from the crew at V energy drinks that assists young aspiring Australians in landing their dream job within the design, fashion and music industries nation-wide.

Having opened the creative door for almost 50 individuals this year V-Raw is making a real difference in the lives of all young Australians. This time around they united with the youth service Reach Out; a web-based project that aims to inspire young people to help themselves in times of hardship through the provision of a support network that seeks to improve the well being of young people.

Illustrating their commitment to Australian youth and culture, the V-raw team hosted the V-raw Showcase; a vibrant exhibit of art and design by flourishing talent, at the China Heights Gallery in Surry Hills on Wednesday night. Fashionistas, artisans and guests who attended the evening were treated to V-cocktails, beer and wine accompanying an array of delightful canapes. Along with the perusal of the amazing works on display, the night was premised upon a silent auction for the art pieces with all contributions going to the Reach Out charitable trust.

All artworks were successfully sold and the event raised roughly $4,500 for Reach Out. It was an incredibly fulfilling experience to see so many individuals show their support and generosity for such a great cause.
