Most of the boots are tall, with some above the knee. There are ankle-height versions as well. Heels range from flat to stilletto. They tap into a resurgent boho-chic movement. Kors recommends pairing dramatic boots with sleek pieces, such as skinny jeans and shift dresses for a balanced look. Celebrities are teaming the flat ones with little print chiffon dresses to mix it up.

All of the action isn't just in boots. Look for sandals and pumps with fringed ankle straps, which are easy complements to skirts and dresses.

Along with shoes, accessories can be the least daunting way to don the trend. Keep an eye out for large leather bags, many in the slouchy hobo silhouette. Some designers even did fringed clutches. The fringe on these bags can decorate the perimeter, the flaps or be contained in a tidy tassel. For evening, try a smaller vintage-look fringed purse with sparkling beaded fringe.

Jewelry offers another option. Bundles of tiny chains form dangles of earrings and the pendant on Y-shaped necklaces. There are bib styles that feature cascading fringe as well.
