Thank god for markets in Sydney otherwise I would be dressed like every other Tory, Dani and Hannah (the female stand ins for Tom, Dick and Harry). Honestly, there is hadly any inspiration in the "normal" shops these days... it's no wonder most of us have taken to wearing $4 buys from the Salvos and "vintage" (which is mostly just pre-loved, with nothing vintage about it).

So even though every trendoid and their dog will be heading to Surry Hills markets this Saturday and every other first Saturday of the month... I'll still be going armed with a full wallet of cash!

Last time I was there my friend picked up a perfect pair of tailored high-waisted leather shorts that looked like they were made for her... all I got what Turkish Gozleme.
