Single Girls Just Want To Have Fun!
It’s Saturday night and you’re without a date. You had to endure listening to your work colleague rant and rave all week about her plans for the weekend with Mr. Right-for-now. Waste time no more fearing your single girl lifestyle!
Being single doesn’t have to be viewed as negative! Embrace your womanhood and rev up that self esteem! Being single is fun too! It’s time to empower yourself! Here’s some pointers to kick start your luscious weekend.
Tips for the Single girl:
• Is there a restaurant you have been eager to try or a new movie / theatre production you’d like to see? Put on those heels, lip gloss, cute dress and make plans to take yourself out on the town! Treasure yourself and radiate those attractive qualities. After all, for a prince to meet his princess, she needs to feel like a princess already!
• Google some hot new recipes and make yourself a ravishing dish or invite some girlfriends over for a ladies-night-in, watching chick flicks. Girlfriends make excellent companions. Recommended chick flicks: Pretty Woman, Sabrina, You’ve Got Mail, When Harry Met Sally, Sex and the City: The Movie, The Women.
• Get moving with a work out! Exercise gives us a tremendous sense of wellbeing by releasing adrenalin. Recommended playlist: “Hard Candy” – Madonna, “Dynamite” – Jamiroquai, “X” – Kylie Minogue.
• Create a blog on the internet and share with others in cyber space your interests and ideas.
• Remember that cash you saved aside for a rainy day? Caution: Do not splurge all at once but use a little to buy yourself something special. Perhaps some sexy lingerie from Victoria’s Secret, a new pair of shoes.
• Create your own home spa with a relaxing bath, facial mask, self improvement books.
Bath:
1 cup of Epsom salts
8-10 drops of Lavender or Rosewood essential oil
Relaxation music
Facial Mask: Make your own homemade facial mask using strawberries, peaches, coconut oil, oatmeal, cucumber, papaya
Books:
“I Can Do It” – Louise Hay
“You Can Be Happy No Matter What” – Richard Carlson
“Manifest Your Desting” – Dr. Wayne Dyer
