Just before the F/W and S/S seasons each year some designers decide to refresh their souls with unbridled imagination instead of a vacation. The artists who participate in the two annual couture seasons tend to produce bold and passionate pieces. Designs that are laced with opulent touches and embellished with those elements that they love but only desire to use when they can do so completely on their own terms. I passionately love the couture seasons. My favorite designers are the ones who treat clothing as a blank canvas so when they are freed from the punishing shackles of commercial constraints they create lofty fantasies. In my latest folder  I am going to post pictures of some of my favorite creations from this past season. I hope that you marvel at and enjoy the artistic creations as much as I did.
