Fashionistas, it’s time to put on your high heels and party hats, because next week sees the start of the inaugural Rosemount Sydney Fashion Festival.

Rosemount Sydney Fashion Festival is being held from the 13th-17th August 2008, and is an excellent opportunity for many of Australia’s top designers and retailers to showcase their spring/summer 2008 range. Models will be strutting their stuff down a catwalk enclosed in a state-of-the-art marquee at Martin Place, which has been especially constructed for the event.

A ticket to RSFF will get you front row seats to a lunchtime or evening runway collection, as well as access to the official after party on that night (venues include The Loft and Establishment.) Those who got in quickly may have been lucky enough to purchase a ticket to the In Style Wardrobe Workshop, where editor Kerrie McCallum and guest presenters will show you how to wear the spring/summer trends.

Rosemount Sydney Fashion Festival will host both local and international models, and is the perfect opportunity for a bit of celebrity spotting.  The same people who hosted Rosemount Australian Fashion Week are bringing this event to Sydney, so you know you won’t be disappointed.
