Come early February to Brazil’s most explicit and exotic annual street parade the world has ever seen. Famous for their carnival parade which celebrates the traditions of Catholic Portuguese colonists and African slaves before they start their 40 days fast. Now that’s a party worth attending for everyone to enjoy and blow off steam before fasting.
The carnival consists of flamboyant floats and dancers lined up in the marshalling area and March to the sounds of the drums into the purpose built Samba drome. This two day party features up to 6000 dancing queens attracting models, actors, art dealers and socialistes across the globe to party in the world’s best, most fun event of the year.
