Good Times @ The Loft

Sydney’s most prestigious venues on the Harbour, Bungalow 8 and The Loft will unite on Australia’s favourite weekend to throw one flamin’ ozsome Oz Day celebration! Direct from the infamous Notting Hill Carnival in London, comes the legendary Godfather of Club Culture Norman Jay, known for his love of good music, stylish hats and Raleigh Choppers!

This show-stopping international is joined by artists including; Musicologist Russ Dewbury (UK), Chuck Love (US), Unabombers, Local talent DJ Graz, Simon Caldwell, Soulshaker DJ’s, Noodles & Noel Boogie (4-deck show), Anna Lunoe and Garry Todd and many more!

This event is selling out FAST so get your tickets online through Moshtix (www.moshtix.com.au) or at The Loft (3 Lime Street King Street Wharf). Fly the Australian flag proudly this Australia Day at Sydney’s most historic and iconic pub, The Australian Hotel. Located in the heart of The Rocks, this quintessential venue is the place to be to show some patriotic love for our sandy country.

Munch on the Aussie Day special, the gourmet Coat of Arms Pizza consisting of roo, croc and emu, the Bronzed Aussie which is the traditional Vegemite and Cheese or last but not least the Lifesaver Pizza (BBQ steak, caramelized onions, BBQ sauce and tasty Aussie cheese). Sunday 25th January
Don’t spit the dummy this Australia Day. Make sure you kick start the bash early at the Cross’ hot new venue- the Sugarmill Hotel. Come down Australia Day Eve to be one of the first to check out the new pub. As resident DJs spin the oldest and newest tracks, bust your stuff on the D floor, or chill out in the courtyard with an Aussie flag. Wine and bubbly $4 and schooners $3 – choice.

Monday 26th January
If you didn’t get enough last ngiht come down and do it all again, right up until 5am on Oz Day. Come down with any old Joe blog and rock out in the true Aussie way as artists Paul Select & Ying Yang throw down the hottest Aussie tracks. Crack open a tinnie and tuck into some prawns fresh off the barbie. Cocktails are just 7 bucks.
