Australian designer Lisa Ho has left the beaten trail with a dark palette for her autumn/winter 2010 collection, released in Sydney last October. Referencing tribal Africa, the predominantly black range features accents of leopard print, furs and feathers, a far cry from her typically feminine tailoring. However, Ho did not neglect her loyal customers; she included several taffeta cocktail dresses sure to please the typical Lisa Ho woman.
Following global trends, the collection focuses on the 1980’s: leggings are paired with strong shoulders, leopard print and body con dresses. Ho’s talent for evening glamour shines with her flowing black maxi dresses of equal calibre with international designers such as Valentino.
