Midday movies and gingernut biscuits are typically what my life has consisted of over the past few weeks. I have chosen to take the year off from my media degree majoring in journalism in order to work and travel.
Except I hate my job.
Waitressing only at night is depressing. So i am currently searching for another job.
I have moved though... to the beach...it's nice. I even painted one of my bedroon walls blue to match my ocean views.
My neighbours hate me. I keep knocking over their letterbox when I back down my driveway. It's precious you see, their seven year old daughter made it, she even sent me an abusive letter when i proceeded to knock it down. I never notice it because my car stereo is always too loud. You can never have your music too loud. Unless you drive a holden sedan particulary of the 1990's make with a sub-woofer past the local primary school.
I am looking forward to my travel, yet I don't leave till July. Till then I am spending my time working, creating, getting as much time in the water as I can and continually wishing I had more money.
