I am absolutely in love with the one shoulder dress trend.  It's the perfect dress for all body types and it's sexy year round.  You can wear the one shoulder look casually or dress it way up like you're heading to the red carpet. The toughest part of this style is choosing one because they're all amazing!

I love Sandra Bullock's long goddess grey BCBG dress.  The braided shoulder strap is sexy and the belt gives this long one shoulder dress a great shape. The ruffles on the yellow one shoulder dress make me so happy because it's rare to see that embellishment work so well.  The pink one shoulder dress is fantastic because it's different; rather than the usual strap it actually has a youthful short sleeve. The Jay Godfrey one shoulder dresses are casual yet sophisticated.  The adorable dress (with pockets) looks great on Hayden Panettierre's petite frame and compliments Eva Medes' perfect body without revealing too much.  The green is so bold and fun, but not over the top.

I love the versatility of the one shoulder dress.  You can go with a comfortably lose, super short, elegantly long, or sultry tight style and look great in all.  That's why it's great for every body type, whether you're round, straight, or inverted triangle, this dress will make heads turn.

Katie Holmes, Rachel Bilson and other celebrities wearing the one shoulder dress trend has been a great sight to see and I hope this trend stays around for a while.

Kate Holme's one shoulder dress is epic.  It's reminiscent of togas but that silky satin adds so much class that it would be hard not to admire this look.  I love the pairing of gladiator strappy sandles with this dress, it's right on and looks so comfortable.  Rachel Bilson's daring in this teal green one shoulder dress.  It's tight but long so it's the perfect mix of modesty and desire.  It looks like she's wearing platform heels, which is not my first choice.  I know the length of the dress and her height are factors but stiletto would have looked the best.

The one shoulder dress trend was a hot item at the 2008 Spring runway shows.  Each design was unique, interesting, and totally wearable.  The pink one shoulder dress caught my eye first because the strap actually wraps around the neck and it's shimmery--can't get any better.  But then the green one shoulder dress looks perfect for those relaxing summer days that turn into crazy nights.  It's flowy and sheer, which are on the top of my list when choosing a great dress.  I love the hybrid feel of the last dress.  Sailor meets mod has never been done so well.  This dress would look great with dark tights and boots or with flip flops.

If you're looking to buy a one shoulder dress, then you're making a good decision.  At like.com, I found a huge brand range of one shoulder dresses that vary in prices from below $50 to about $1,000 and Target  also has about five styles of this trend, all under $30.  One tip I have though, is to find a comfortable strapless (or one strap) bra.
