How to Relax and Unwind in 5 Minutes!

Pure essential oils: Geranium, Bergamot, Rosewood, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Lavender
Electric vaporizer or saucepan
Black tea / non-dairy milk

Food For The Soul:
Step 1:
When looking for essential oils, choose 100% pure. Many health stores and supermarkets carry a great selection.
You can Google aromatherapy on the internet, ask a salesperson or visit a store and read the natural benefits of the essential oil which is usually located on the bottle label directly under the name of the oil - i.e. relaxing, calming.
The safest method to use essential oils is with an electric vaporizer to avoid leaving a burning candle unattended. Electric vaporizers come with a small dish or pad and simply plug in to a wall with no candle required. Just add a 8-10 drops of desired oil to the dish or pad. Or fill a saucepan with water only and heat until boiling point. Remove saucepan from the stove and put 8-10 drops of desired essential oil in to the water, sit down and inhale the beautiful relaxing aroma.
Step 2:
Sit back and relax with a hot cup of black tea with non-dairy milk such as soy, rice or almond. Black tea has many natural healing benefits! Unlike high levels of caffeine found in coffee, the low amounts in black tea promotes blood flow in the brain without overstimulating the heart. The caffeine in black tea sharpens mental focus and concentration. By adding milk, it enhances relaxation.
Tea contains high levels of antioxidants like those found in fruits and vegetables. Antioxidants have disease fighting abilities.
Tea can also help prevent tooth decay.
Step 3:
