In winter there is nothing I love more than snuggling up in bed with my laptop, my gorgeous dog Minnie and a steaming mug of hot chocolate (or rather hot Milo). However, these times would not be the same without a few essential things. Things that I like to call: HomeWears (like Homewares but clothing instead of furnishings).

Winter is not the same without a special (or a few special) pairs of pyjamas. I have always had a passion for pj's and can usually be seen (in my house that is) in them more often than any other clothes. I love pyjamas so much so that I would not bat an eyelid at spending $100 or more on a pair (and this is something for the girl who now thinks $50 on jeans is too much- that's uni for you).

Peter Alexander have a great range of pj wears. I first fell in love with this brand when I got a hot pink dressing gown for Christmas a couple of years ago. I wear it always and it is still in tact.

As a kid I was facinated with the stars and the moon and especially clouds. Today, my passion is not so great (that  single bed spread would not look so good on my queen size bed today) but I love, love, love these:

Now it might just be pedantic old me talking here but there is one thing I strongly suggest you do: match your pyjamas to your dressing gown, your slippers to your bed socks and your whole outfit to your sheets. Now we're not talking all matchy matchy here but we're not talking all clashy clashy either. I always sleep the best when I feel as though the clothes on me and the linen around me feel at home as well.
