With an inspiration for all things fashion and a sense of satisfaction in seeing her ideas materialize, Ebony Eagles transformed her fashion vision into reality. Around two and half years ago and with a big dream this Melbourne/Bali based designer launched her label Ebony Eve from a little factory in Bali.

Maturing alongside her label, Eagles journey has progressed with "not so many challenges, [but] a couple of little production glitches".The designer states "the biggest challenge I found was learning to stay true to my own style and taste having enough confidence in it to put something in the range for everybody to see"

In addition to the womens apparel Ebony designs, she likes to include accessories, "a bag or two and a couple of styles of shoes or sandals in each range. I think it completes it [the label]" she states.

This season the Ebony Eve Summer 2007 collection found its inspiration in a "love of everything floral, fun and comfortable" and Winter 2008 will showcase " more of a street kind of feel, lots of hoodies, bold prints and colourful floral of course."
