All eyes were on Federation Square last week as Melbourne hosted the Australian final of the Cosmopolitan Model Search.   The 50 finalists were selected in 200 heats held across the country over the past eight months. They battled it out on the catwalk at BMW Edge Federation Square showcasing fashion from Wayne Cooper, Zayt, KuKu, Bowie, Smith and Miles, and Swimwear by Flamingo Sands and Cheetah.   The 2007 Cosmopolitan Model Search winners were Zoey Vink, from Adelaide, and Will Millar from Melbourne. These two will be the face of QV in 2008.   The winners were selected from a panel of international judges who flew into Melbourne especially for the event, including Karina Dial from IMG New York, Erik DeSando ID Talent Hollywood, Michael Lord from Paris model agency Nathalie Paris, Tiziana Casali together with Vittorio Zeviani from Milan’s agency Why Not, and Wing Wong from Elite Hong Kong.
