Anna Thomas’ show was all about mixing very masculine looking suit jackets and business shirts with feminine, wafty skirts, floaty pants and see-through materials.

A beautiful mix of pieces that can only be achieved by an Aussie design veteran, the collection was a mix of different styles that balanced well without being bland. True. Clean. Style.

A slightly preppy edge added pep to the collection while the gorgeous, see through, 50’s inspired skirt added cheek.

High cinched waists were a big feature as was the clean navy and white striped fabric that gave the show a bit of “French Riviera” sophistication.

A favourite catwalk trend of mine, socks and heels, was present in subdued colours which helped to highlight stand out pieces such as the vibrant green anorak.

Adding celeb cred and some serious style to the event was PIa Miranda seated front row in a gorgeous designer getup and slicked back, 40’s style hair.
