Before we start I would like to preface by

I do not believe that I am the only true fan out there. Yes, I can quote the episodes. Tell me an outfit I can tell you which episode, which season it came from. Give me an episode title I can tell you exactly what happened. But I am sure that many other can too.

While settling into my seat at the Sex and the City Movie I was frustrated by, in my opinion, the lack of true fans who, despite their ages, could have been mistaken for teenagers with their pathetic cheers and jeers, their laughter at inappropriate times and the fact that throughout the entire movie they chatted to their friends and threw food at me! This is not a true fan because a true, true Sex and the City fan does not want to spoil it for the others.

By I digrese, let's get to the movie: I shall not spoil too much because I know that some people were not as fortunate enough to see it the day it came out! Anyway, bragging over.

The fashion was impeccable. The story line great. I may have cried as soon as Carrie and Big appeared on screen for no reason other than for the fact it was Sex and the City: The Movie after 4 years of waiting. I also laughed and cried some more.

The movie was great but I do have one complaint (it may have just been for the noisy audience) but: the movie did not seem to flow as effortlessley as the TV series did. I didn't have huge expectations for the film I was just so excited to see it but I felt as thought it should flow a little better. There was also one story line that I didn't LOVE but I wont get into what that was, suffice to say it had something to do with Smith!

I would also like to note that just because the series ended 4 years ago the non-explanation of Marcus (Stanford's obviously ex-boyfriend) was silly.

But all in all I loved loved loved the movie. I will be seeing it again tomorrow because like the show I plan to watch it over and over it again to lift my spirits and make me smile :)
